Tax-exempt handling is support-reviewed at first. BorrowHive may ask for exemption documentation, renter identity, organization information, possession or delivery location, and transaction details before changing tax treatment.
Do not modify a pickup location, delivery address, item description, price, or payment method to avoid tax. If a rental appears tax-exempt, contact support before checkout so BorrowHive can review the request and keep the required record.
BorrowHive may deny or delay a tax-exempt request if the documents are incomplete, the jurisdiction is unsupported, the exemption type is not implemented, or the transaction facts do not match the documentation.

Contact support from the BorrowHive app or email support@borrowhive.com. Do not send ID photos, selfies, full document numbers, tax IDs, payment credentials, or private owner documents through ordinary email.
